This is a short chair movement practice that works your body in a very 3 dimensional manner, we have movement through the vertical plane, the horizontal plane, and the sagittal plane- and we are in motion the whole time. We’ve got side stretch, forward and backward stretches, and a twist. Great for fascia, great for whole body engagement. Hydrate and free up the body!
